You get a written plan and a price
Scope, deliverables, timeline and cost, in writing. Pricing depends on the project — some work suits a fixed quote, some is better staged — but whichever it is, you know the number before anything starts.
Work runs in milestones
You see progress at agreed checkpoints rather than waiting for one delivery at the end. If something is heading in the wrong direction, you find out early enough to change it.
You review, we revise
